The Page Token is the primary social/governance asset of the PageDAO. Launched in 2021, it has been given to people who have helped to build the DAO in various ways and it has been available for trading on various markets for the duration of that time.

PageDAO launched $PAGE in 2021 as a social currency with a social hard cap of 100M tokens. In late 2024, the tokenomics design was completed.
Now the Page Token is fully minted, and no more $PAGE will ever be created - PageDAO has renounced minter's rights on the original Ethereum smart contract.
Moving forward, $PAGE will vest to PageDAO participants exclusively via staking rewards, which makes the token an objective onchain reality.
